Account Verification and KYC

Ensuring the security and integrity of our community and compliance with legal regulations is a priority at iWild. For this reason, we implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify identities. Here's what to expect:

1. Documentation: You may be asked to provide a copy of your ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, and proof of address like a utility bill. These documents confirm your identity and eligibility to participate.
2. Secure Upload: Use the secure upload section available in your account settings to submit these documents. Rest assured, your data is handled securely and with the highest confidentiality.
3. Verification Process: Our team will review the documents. This process usually takes a few business days. We'll keep you updated throughout, and you can always check the status in your account.
4. Confirmation: You will be notified via email once your account is verified, allowing you full access to all features and functionalities.

This verification process ensures that all active accounts belong to real individuals over the age of 18. It also helps prevent fraudulent activities, keeping our gaming community safe.

Common Login Problems

Even with a smooth system, issues can occasionally arise. Here are some common login problems and how to troubleshoot them:

• Incorrect Email or Password: Double-check the spelling and case-sensitivity of your credentials. Typing errors are common, so just take a moment to confirm everything matches.
• Account Locked: Multiple failed login attempts can lock your account. If this happens, reset your password or contact our support team. We're here to help you regain access swiftly.
• Technical Glitches: Clear your browser cache and cookies if you encounter loading issues. Restarting your browser occasionally solves many technical glitches.
• Email Verification: Ensure you've completed initial email verification; check your email spam or junk folder for the confirmation email if it seems missing.

Account Security

Your account security is of utmost importance to us, and we've implemented top-tier security measures to protect your data. However, here are some steps you can take to enhance your account security:

• Strong Password: Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols in your password. This diversity adds complexity, making it harder for others to guess.
• Change Password Regularly: Updating your password periodically minimises risks. Regular changes limit exposure to potential breaches.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Adds an extra layer of security whenever you log in. This means even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without your second factor.
• Be Wary of Phishing Attempts: Always access iWild directly through your browser rather than clicking on links in emails or messages. Practice caution in all digital correspondences.
• Secure Connection: Ensure you're using a secure network while accessing our website. Public Wi-Fi might pose risks; try using a private, secure network whenever possible.

We employ sophisticated security protocols to protect your data, but staying vigilant is crucial for your safety online. Always monitor your account for unusual activities and report any suspicious incidents immediately.
